On September 29th at the timestamped time, the Theorist Gateway updated exactly as the letter and meta description stated. The new site was now a solid black background, with the following gif.

The numbers in the filename is encoded in hexadecimal, which decoded to “itsjustaclockguysrelax”.

A frame by frame analysis revealed these numbers, separated into frames:

The importance of these numbers are unknown, although the gif is most likely just to create an effect.
